Either Dutch OLIVER or Ruth OLIVER (married names unknown to me) had this son who moved his mother to a nursing home in Diboll, Tx. Who were the others? Charles TAYLOR? I find nothing else on any of them until 1888 when W. A. TAYLOR married in Angelina and he is on the 1900 census. In 1913 he is named on a timber deed as the "heir of Jane WORDEN who was an heir of Sally DAVIS." The land was referred to as the "Aunt Sally DAVIS place." But I do not find in deeds or probate where he acquired this 320 acres where the timber was. Need help on TAYLOR and DAVIS and working with Angelina land records.

Selman Eddings  23 Nov 1997 I am researching the EDDINGS family who had members in Angelina county. The 1850 census listed a J. ED(D)INGS, age 27 living in Angelina co. with his spouse Mary, age 26.
